The price does not include shoes or other medium. If you already have the medium you can send it to me or hand it over to me. You can also order online and have it delivered to me.

The paint used is specially adapted to leather, faux leather and fabric. In addition, a varnish is applied at the very end to reinforce the hold and preserve the colours for a long time.

Football, walks in the forest are strongly discouraged. You have to take care of your customization to keep it as long as possible.

The paint is waterproof and there is an extra coat of varnish, so no problem.

For sneakers as for leather or faux leather bags, soapy water and a cloth will suffice. You can use a soft brush too. Do not machine wash them.

For Converse-style shoes and denim medium, if you have to wash them entirely and therefore put them in the washing machine, choose a short and cold program.

I reserve the right to refuse a project if I know that I am not able to carry it out or that the rendering will not be up to the expected quality.

When looking for an idea for sneakers, think of a horizontal design. The height of the space to be painted on a sneaker is only 5 to 7 cm.

Once the project is decided, I send you a quote. You will have to read the General Conditions of Sale (linked here GCS), validate the estimate by signing it by electronic signature and pay for the order. Work can then begin.

It depends on the amount of work to be done and if I have other orders before yours. In general, it takes between 1 to 5 weeks.

In case you need an emergency customization for a gift, for example, do not hesitate to contact me, a solution is always possible.

The item is shipped whichever way is most convenient for you.

Either by parcel at a relay point: Mondial relay, Shop2shop, Relais colis... for France.

Either by registrerd delivery by Chronopost for France or the rest of the world.

Once the estimate has been validated and the order paid: the work begins. An order cannot be canceled for personalization according to Article L221-28 of the law on the Right of withdrawal applicable to contracts concluded at a distance.

I cannot be held responsible for wear and tear on your item, so a return is not possible.
